  • I worked as a United Airlines International Service Director for 14 years, worked as a trainer in Nova Scotia and India. I completed a 2-year Leadership Development Program, served on incentive task team, etc.

  • For 3-years I served on the board of directors, as the secretary at Karis Community, Karis is a residential program for those with persistent mental health conditions.

  • I worked as a Lead Customer Service Representative for National Jewish Health’s nationwide tobacco QUITLINE program. I served as a liaison between management and employees, providing input to leadership on how to improve overall communication to employees and developed incentives.

  • I have extensive experience in call center culture and customer service.

  • I have been working in the psychology field as a Peer Specialist since 2018. Work includes facilitating groups for clients, such as a with subject including writing, art, young adults peer connections, substance use recovery group and mindfulness.
